Photo Submission Agreement
By uploading a photo, you confirm that you are the original creator or have the necessary rights to share the image. You grant Zone 3 Business Solutions Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display the submitted photo in our annual calendar and related promotional materials, both online and in print. You acknowledge that your photo may be edited or modified for formatting purposes. By submitting, you waive any claims for compensation or liability related to the use of your photo.
